Share smart, informed ideas that contribute further to the story
\nProvide useful and constructive criticism. Spot a typo or an error, let us know and we will correct it.
\nDemonstrate and share the intelligence, wisdom, and humor we know you possess
\nDon\u2019t feed the trolls. Instead please downvote and flag the comments instead.
\nBelow are some examples of comments that we\u2019re going to do our best to curtail:<\/p>\n
Promoting your own brand, product, blog, or event. If you’d like us to share your story please reach out to us first using our contact form.
\nImpersonating authors or other commenters.
\nComments that make it clear you didn\u2019t read the article. Enraged that we didn\u2019t mention X in a story about Y? Slow down and be sure to read the article or blog in full.
\nComments that are completely out of the left field. Sometimes discussions veer off a bit but are still related to the original subject. That is fine. Hijacking the conversation to promote off-topic commentary is not acceptable here.
\nThreats \u2014 no matter how vague \u2014 against the author or other commenters.
\nAs noted above things such as racism, sexism, homophobia, you get the drift are not tolerated.
